From Michael Johnson (a/k/a mijo, a/k/a mikeytwoshoes) comes this selection of old-school wet flies, tied from plates in the classic Ray Bergman book, Trout. Two of each example pictured (a total of two dozen) are included, shipped in a fly box. Dig out Grandpa's old bamboo rod and catch some fish with these historic beauties. Or if you prefer, the background used for the photo is suitable for creating a shadowbox display and can be shipped to the buyer if desired. The floor bid is only $15, plus shipping cost of $5 to the US or Canada (free if the bid goes over $30) We'll be ending this auction on Wednesday, May 23 at midnight. Thanks to Nick at Barrett Productions, i am pleased to offer up the ENTIRE 2007 Fly Fishing America season on DVD, a total of seven shows. These shows originally aired on 'Versus' earlier this year and feature the new 'no-host' format.

Candy Minx, the blogger behind The Gnostic Minx and artist, has donated three original works to the auction. They are 9"x11" collage, paper and acrylic works. According to the generous Ms. Minx:

"my dad died end of Febuary from ALS...so not only is Vinny a beautiful child who my heart goes out to...the cause is also a heart touching one for me...My experience is that people often don't budget very much money for art in their lives. I would be very happy to know if anyone took these home, no matter what price they paid...I would love it the more for the cause of course, the better."
